Shipping & Handling Policy
Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that your order was received. Orders placed on weekends and or holidays, are processed next business day. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages or process any refunds once your order is placed.

Standard free shipping is offered only for domestic orders in the United States, regardless of amount purchased. Standard free shipping is offered on orders from Canada on purchases over $100 USD. Allow up to 2-3 business working days for your order to be processed online. Once your order is processed, we will ship your order for delivery, allow up to an estimate of 7-10 business working days for your order to be received domestically, expect shipping for international orders to take longer.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, Private Bags or Parcel Lockers. All orders are sent via a DTP basis. Any state sales duty/import fees/customs charges must be paid by the recipient. If you refuse the shipment from us/choose the abandon the shipment, you agree that you will not be refunded. It is up to the recipient to see if their country has compulsory customs charges/fees.
SHIPPING & ORDERS DISCLAIMER
We ship orders as soon as possible; however, this may not always be the same day that the order is placed. Orders placed on the weekends, and or holidays, start processing the next business working day. Please allow 2-3 business working days for processing time. We do not guarantee processing time, delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when they place their order. Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders or reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SlimFitShapers™, cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged, stolen and/or lost shipments.
Customers are responsible for providing SlimFitShapers™ with their correct shipping address at the time of placing their order. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for the re-shipment postage. A $10.95 fee for a return shipping label for orders from the United States or a $16.95 fee for a return shipping label for orders from Canada. Multiple items ordered by a customer will incur a shipping label fee equal to the shipping cost paid by the company at the time of their original order.
SlimFitShapers™ does not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.
We do not take responsibility for an incorrect size or incorrect shipping address used when placing your order, delays in shipment, lost and or stolen packages. Once your order is placed and you receive a confirmation order number, it cannot be changed or canceled due to the high volume of orders being processed and your item being taken out of inventory for processing. So before placing an order for purchase, please make note that you have chosen the right size, added the correct shipping address, etc.… prior to checking out.
We do ship internationally. International Shipments may and can sometimes take anywhere from two to four weeks for standard delivery.
There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this information or fees beforehand, nor are they included with your payment upon ordering at SlimFitShapers™. Therefore we cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
